Preventive Maintenance and Major Repairs
We study wear, effort, to know if a work needs a preventive maintenance or if it needs some type of correction in its structure, caused by time, water corrosion, low quality of products, natural disasters, accidents, etc.
Preventive Maintenance
The marine environment together with the unloading of live cargo expose the pier and its structures to continues wear and tear. We survey the structures to determine deterioration and recomend repairs and maintenance strategy to extend its useful life.
Major Repairs
The daily maneuvers of boats and equipment on deck may cause accidents and damage the pier’s structure, it is important to determine the type and extension of the repair required to get the structure back to full operation sometimes working under very hard conditions.
